Description

Nickel(II) sulfate, 0.5M aq. soln. is used in nickel plating, as mordant in dyeing and in printing textiles. Columns used in polyhistidine-tagging, useful in biochemistry and molecular biology, are regenerated with nickel sulfate.

Applications
Le sulfate de nickel(II), solution à 0,5mEq, est utilisé dans le nickelage et comme mordant en teinture et pour l’impression de textiles. Les colonnes utilisées pour le marquage de la polyhistidine, utiles en biochimie et en biologie moléculaire, sont régénérées avec du sulfate de nickel.
