High Speed with High Specificity

The combination of CaptureSelect GCSF affinity ligand and POROS 20 μm resin provides a high flow rate, high performance chromatography solution for the rapid titer determination and small-scale purification of GCSF.

POROS high performance chromatography allows for the quantitation of product from clarified harvest or partially purified intermediates—typically in under three minutes. Moreover, only minimal sample preparation (0.2 μm filtration) is required, and allows for an eluted product that is highly purified and suitable for further analysis, including mass spectrometry.
