Description
Used as an analytical reagent and an oxidizing agent. Potassium bromate is used primarily as a maturing agent for flour and as a dough conditioner. It is also used as a laboratory reagent, in permanent-wave compounds such as food additives and explosives.

Utilisé comme réactif analytique et agent oxydant. Le bromate de potassium est principalement utilisé comme agent de maturation pour la farine et comme conditionneur de pâte. Il est également utilisé comme réactif de laboratoire dans des composés à processus permanent tels que les additifs alimentaires et les explosifs.
Solubilité
