Le tampon phosphate de potassium est utilisé comme composant dans une grande variété de milieux de culture des microorganismes, dans la solution saline tamponnée au phosphate. En plus d’aider à maintenir le pH, il apporte le phosphate essentiel.
Solubilité
Soluble dans l’eau. Insoluble dans l’éthanol ou l’alcool.
Remarques
Stockez le flacon scellé contenant le milieu déshydraté à 2 - 30C. Une fois ouvert et rebouché, placez le récipient dans un environnement à faible humidité à la même température de stockage. Protégez le récipient de l’humidité et de la lumière en le maintenant hermétiquement fermé.
