Description
Sodium bismuthate oxide is used as an oxidant in the preparation of hexavalent Americium (Am) during the separation of Am from the lanthanides., hydrothermal synthesis of bismuth oxychloride (BiOCl) micrometer-sized single crystals. It is also used as a precursor in the synthesis of bismuth nanoforms under microwave (MW) irradiation. It used to converts almost any manganese compound to permanganate, which is easily assayed spectrophotometrically.

L‘oxyde de bismuthate de sodium est utilisé comme oxydant dans la préparation de l‘américium hexavalent (Am) pendant la séparation d‘Am des lanthanides, synthèse hydrothermique de cristaux uniques de taille micrométrique de bismuth oxychloride (BiOCl).
