Survivin peptide ELTLGEFLKL (HLA-A*0201) is a single peptide for stimulation of T cells. The peptide from tumor-associated antigen Survivin is synthesized as it is presented by the MHC Class I HLA-A*0201 allele and can be used for targeted in vitro generation and expansion of antigen-specific CD8+ T cells.
