3-(Acryloyloxy)propyltrimethoxysilane is used to enhance the thermal conductivity of silicone rubber filled with hybrid fillers. It is involved in the synthesis of vinyl and acryalte modified silica nanoparticles by using vinyltrimethoxysilane. Further, it is used as a silane coupling agent involved in the modification of fluorescein isothiocyanate-mesoporous silica nanoparticles with carbon-carbon double bonds.

Applications
Le 3-(acryloyloxy)propyltriméthoxysilane est utilisé pour améliorer la conductivité thermique du caoutchouc de silicone rempli de charges hybrides. Il est impliqué dans la synthèse de nanoparticules de silice modifiées au vinyle et à l’acryalte à l’aide de vinyltriméthoxysilane. En outre, il est utilisé comme agent de couplage du silane impliqué dans la modification des nanoparticules de silice isothiocyanate-mésoporeuse de fluorescéine avec des doubles liaisons carbone-carbone.
