Spécificité du test Detects human IFN-alpha 2/IFNA2 in ELISAs. In direct ELISAs, no cross-reactivity with recombinant human (rh) IFNE, rhIFNB, rhIFNG, or recombinant cotton rat IFNA is observed. In sandwich ELISAs, less than 8% cross-reactivity with rhIFNA-7, rhIFNA-8, and rhIFNA-10 is observed.
Reconstitution Reconstitute at 0.5 mg/mL in sterile PBS.
