This antibody reacts with horseradish peroxidase. It is suitable for PAP detection system.
HRP, also known as horseradish peroxidase, is an enzyme that is commonly used in biochemistry and molecular biology research. It is derived from the root of the horseradish plant and catalyzes the oxidation of a wide range of substrates in the presence of hydrogen peroxide. HRP is widely used as a detection enzyme in immunoassays, such as ELISAs and Western blots, due to its high sensitivity and stability.
