Rat anti-Mouse IgG1 Secondary Antibody, eFluor™ 615, eBioscience™, Invitrogen™
Rat Monoclonal Secondary Antibody
Marque: Invitrogen 42-4015-82
Description
Description: The monoclonal antibody M1-14D12 recognizes Mouse IgG1 antibodies and can be used as a second step reagent in flow cytometry and microscopy. The monoclonal does not recognize other mouse isotypes nor does it crossreact to rat IgG1 or any rat isotype antibodies. Applications Reported: This M1-14D12 antibody has been reported for use in immunohistochemical staining and immunocytochemistry. Applications Tested: This M1-14D12 antibody has been tested by immunocytochemistry and immunohistochemistry after staining with a primary antibody of the mouse IgG1 isotype. This can be used at less than or equal to 5 μg/mL. It is recommended that the antibody be titrated for optimal performance in the assay of interest. This product has not been validated for flow cytometric analysis. Filter Recommendation: When using this eFluor™ 615 antibody conjugate, we recommend a filter that will capture the 615 emission wavelength (for example, Excitation 560/55, 585LP, Emission 645/75). A standard Alexa Fluor™ 594 filter is acceptable. Excitation: 595 nm; Emission: 615 nm. Filtration: 0.2 μm post-manufacturing filtered.
Mouse IgG1 Monoclonal antibody specifically detects Mouse IgG1 in Mouse samples. It is validated for Immunocytochemistry, Immunohistochemistry (Paraffin).Spécification
