Mouse Monoclonal Antibody
Marque: Invitrogen ABS0230202
Code nomenclature Nacres: NA.41
Informations supplémentaires : Poids : 0.01000kg
Description
ABS 023-02-02 detects vasoactive intestinal peptide in human, bovine, porcine and rat samples. ABS 023-02-02 has been successfully used in ELISA and Western blot procedures. NOTE: Concentration is lot-dependent and can vary from 0.85-1.15 mg/mL
VIP encodes a protein that belongs to the glucagon family. It stimulates myocardial contractility, causes vasodilation, increases glycogenolysis, lowers arterial blood pressure and relaxes the smooth muscle of trachea, stomach and gall bladder. Alternative splicing occurs at this locus and two transcript variants encoding distinct isoforms have been identified.Spécification
